Power Supply And Power Redundancy Alerts
Use this window to configure the alerts that you want to take effect if a power supply warning, failure, or loss of redundancy event.
NOTE: Due to the limitations of the VMware ESXi operating system, the Setting Alert Actions feature is not available with this release of Server Administrator.

Status Definitions For Power Supplies And Power Redundancy Units
Power Supply Warning | Power Supply Warning indicates a power supply condition that should be addressed soon or at the next scheduled maintenance. |
Power Supply Critical | Power Supply Critical indicates a power supply that is operating outside of wattage limits. Take the power supply offline. |
Redundancy Degraded | Redundancy Degraded indicates that the number of operational supplies has fallen below the number that is required for full redundancy. |
Redundancy Lost | Redundancy Lost indicates that the number of operational power supplies has fallen below the number that is required for partial redundancy (redundancy degraded). Only the minimum number of power supplies that are required by the system is operational. When the nonredundant power supplies fail, no power is delivered to the system. |
